Who, Where, What, When??
Our jewellery is sold not only here, online, but across over 90 stores in the UK from John Lewis (in 24 of their stores), to Junior Jigsaw, with many more inbetween. It is also worn by a wide spectrum of women, and children, with some of our favourite gorgeous women such as Jilly Cooper, Katie Derham & Kate Middleton, having our designs in their jewellery wardrobe. We strongly believe you should build your jewellery wardrobe as thoughtfully, and passionately, as you build your clothes and shoe wardrobe. From school runs, to business meetings, to everyday pick me ups, to special occasion wear, we think we have it covered. Do call us if you would like any advice on selecting.
Design
Claudia's design mantra is to create BEAUTIFUL, WEARABLE pieces of jewellery. Her ambition is to encourage women to build their jewellery wardrobe as they would their clothes. Our aim is to produce jewellery for living, with designs that are modern and contemporary, without compromising on style and form. We always use real stuff - freshwater pearls, sterling silver, real gemstones. We love sculptural, elegant shapes and Claudia is a fanatic for detail! Each piece is beautifully finished, whether by a pearl on the end of an adjustable chain, or a small silver bead making a full stop under a bead or pearl.

The jewellery
Each piece of our jewellery is hand made, with stones sourced from around the world, and freshwater pearls from China. All the silver we use is 925 sterling, unless otherwise noted, and many of the silver beads are handmade in Bali and Thailand. Because these are natural handmade items, each piece will vary slightly. All the designs are unique to Claudia Bradby, so you are buying into an exclusive brand, and items are often in very limited editions. Each piece comes in one of our exclusive felt pouches.
Wearing the jewellery
As Claudia designs each piece, she pays particular attention to how it will be worn. She loves modular designs, which give the wearer some flexibility; a necklace becomes a bracelet when doubled around; necklaces can be stacked together. But, most of all, each piece is designed to give its wearer a lift, to be something you really love, and can’t wait to wear; something you can build an outfit around.
Most of all, we ask; PLEASE ENJOY WEARING, and giving, Claudia's designs. And, since all our collections are renowned for their affordability, we hope you will, like many of our customers, build up a COLLECTION of pieces, as one would a wardrobe.
The detail - boring but important
* Prices - retail prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, but not of delivery. For retail, the price also includes a Claudia Bradby felt bag.
* Delivery - when items are in stock and the order has been paid for, we will despatch your order via special delivery and within 5 working days. Our standard charge is £5.80 and you will receive the item within 7 working days of payment. You will be informed of out of stock items, and given an expected delivery date at the same time. A signature is required on delivery. There is an option for before 9am delivery. Orders for this service need to be received before 11am, and are not guaranteed next day, but you will be emailed a delivery date. Overseas deliveries are charged at a standard rate of £15, and also require a signature. You will be charged local custom & duty on receipt.
* Gifts - items can be sent to an address different from your billing address
* Presentation - each piece of jewellery is presented in a Claudia Bradby pouch, and can be sent with a personal message, if required.
* Returns and exchanges - if you are unhappy with your goods in any way, they can be sent back for exchange or a full refund. The goods must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and within 7 days of receipt. They must be sent special delivery in order to avoid any 'lost in the post' situations. Sadly, we cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods(statutory rights not affected). Should you request a refund please be advised that this may take up to 3 weeks.
* Guarantee - each piece of jewellery is guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase, within the bounds of normal wear and tear. However, items broken through no design or manufacturing fault (eg,worn in water, swimming pools, put through washing machines, dropped on hard floors, torn by children etc), will be replaced at the customers own expense.
