PACKAGING

Each piece of jewellery is beautifully presented in a felt Claudia Bradby pouch in our signature pale blue, and can be sent with a personal message if required.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Standard:

When items are in stock and the order has been paid for, your jewellery will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery, within 5 working days, and at a cost of £4.50. This includes full insurance and is a fully trackable service. You will receive the item within 7 working days of payment. In the unlikely event of out of stock items, you will be given an expected delivery date. A signature is required on delivery. 

Fast track:

There is an option for fast track, before 9am delivery, at a cost of £15.00.A signature is required on delivery. These orders will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt. Orders for this service need to be received before 11am, and are not guaranteed next day.

Overseas:

Overseas deliveries are charged at a standard rate of £15 and are sent via 'Internatonal signed for'. A signature is also required.  You may be charged local custom & duty on receipt.

Returns:

All returns must be sent to us along with original invoice via 'recorded signed for' delivery, (nb. this is not 'special delivery next day') and we recommend you obtain proof of postage. The jewellery must be returned within 14 days, in its original packaging, be unworn, and unbroken.  We will refund your return postage charge, along with the purchase price of the item to your credit card. Please note if you should choose to use the 'special delivery next day' service we will no longer cover this cost.
