PACKAGING

Each piece of jewellery is beautifully presented in a felt Claudia Bradby pouch in our signature pale blue,and then placed inside a Claudia Bradby jewellery box. These boxes are quite large so unless requested otherwise, if more than one item of jewellery is ordered we will only use one box.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Standard:

When items are in stock and the order has been paid for, your jewellery will be dispatched via Royal Mail recorded delivery, within 5 working days, and at a cost of £5.90. In the unlikely event of out of stock items, you will be given an expected delivery date. A signature is required on delivery. 

We use the Royal Mail for the distribution of our packages. On occasion delays beyond our control may be caused by the Royal Mail. If your package has not been delivered within our stated delivery times, please firstly check that Royal Mail has not attempted a delivery when you were out. All shipped packages require a signature and hence, may be being held by the Royal Mail at your local collection office. In the unlikely event of Royal Mail losing your order we are required by Royal Mail to allow a total of 15 working days for them to investigate any loss and confirm failure to deliver. In the event of your order being lost, we will of course be happy to either provide a refund or resend the goods you originally requested. However, we are unable to process any refunds or redeliveries during this 15 day period. Royal Mail may contact you by post to confirm our claim.

Fast track:

There is an option for fast track, before 9am delivery, at a cost of £20.00. A signature is required on delivery. These orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, if placed on a week day. Orders for this service need to be received before 11am. Fast track orders placed on a Friday will be processed and sent the following Monday.

Overseas:

Overseas deliveries are charged at a standard rate of £15 and are sent via Royal Mail's  'Airsure International' service.This is a fully insured  service and a signature is also required. Please allow up to 3 weeks for this service. You may be charged local custom & duty on receipt. Our 'free returns' policy does not apply to overseas orders.

PLACING AN OVERSEAS ORDER:

Please use the currency convertor on our website, this will enable you to see the cost of your order in your local currency but please note your final invoice will be shown in sterling.

*INFOMATION FOR OUR AMERICAN CUSTOMERS. PLEASE CHECK THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD IS REGISTERED FOR OVERSEAS PAYMENTS, IF NOT YOUR BANK WILL DECLINE YOUR ORDER*.

RETURNS

You will need to  log into your Claudia Bradby account and  select the item you wish to return from your purchase history.  You will be issued with an RMA number. Please add this number to the bottom of your returns label and use on your return package. All returns must be sent to us along with a copy of your delivery note via 'recorded signed for' delivery, (nb. we will not cover the cost of  'special delivery next day' should you choose this option) and we recommend you obtain proof of postage. The jewellery must be returned within 28 days, in its original packaging, be unworn, and unbroken.  We will refund your return postage charge, along with the purchase price of the item to your credit card. Please note if you should choose to use the 'special delivery next day' service we will not cover this cost.
