When you buy a piece of Claudia Bradby Jewellery you are buying a quality British brand that’s designed to be worn and enjoyed. Each item of Claudia Bradby Jewellery is guaranteed against normal wear and tear for six months from the date of purchase.

We regret however that items broken through no design or manufacturing fault, such as being worn in water or dropped on a hard floor, must be replaced at the customer’s own expense,

Returns, refunds and exchanges

If you are unhappy with your Claudia Bradby Jewellery in any way, orders can be sent back for exchange or full refund by letting us know within seven days of receipt. Should you wish to make a return, please return the jewellery to us in its orginal packaging . All returns must be sent to us with a copy of your delivery note using Royal Mail’s Recorded Signed For service and we recommend you obtain proof of postage.

All items must be returned within 28 days, in their original packaging, and be unworn and unbroken. Refunds will then be made, covering both the purchase price and the Recorded Signed For postage charge only. Please note, this can take up to three weeks.
