RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your goods in any way they can be sent back for exchange or a full refund. We must be informed of a return within 7 days of receipt and the goods must be returned unworn in their original packaging and your original delivery note within 28 days. They must be sent recorded delivery, we also advise you alert us by logging into your claudia bradby account and registering your return online. Please put the RMA number you are issued with on the front of your return package. We will refund the cost of your return postage along with the returned jewellery to your credit card on receipt of return. Sadly we cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected). Should you request a refund please be advised that this may take up to 3 weeks. *PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT COVER THE COST OF ORDERS RETURNED TO US VIA SPECIAL DELIVERY*
GUARANTEE
Each piece of jewellery is guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase, within the bounds of normal wear and tear. However, items broken through no design or manufacturing fault (eg. worn in water, swimming pools, put through washing machines, dropped on hard floors, torn by children etc), will be replaced at the customers own expense.
