RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your goods in any way they can be sent back for exchange or a full refund. The goods must be returned unworn in their original packaging and within 7 days of receipt. They must be sent special delivery, we also advise you alert us by emailĀ in order to avoid any 'lost in the post' situations and we will refund the cost of postage to your credit card on receipt of return. Sadly we cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected). Should you request a refund please be advised that this may take up to 3 weeks.
GUARANTEE
Each piece of jewellery is guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase, within the bounds of normal wear and tear. However, items broken through no design or manufacturing fault (eg. worn in water, swimming pools, put through washing machines, dropped on hard floors, torn by children etc), will be replaced at the customers own expense.
