Delivery & Returns
Each piece of Claudia Bradby Jewellery is presented in an individual dove grey jewellery pouch and then collectively sent in a beautiful monogrammed gift box. Please let us know if you require a gift box per item.
Please note during sale periods jewellery will not be sent in boxes but placed in gift pouches. If you require a gift box please let us know.
All orders are dispatched via ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 HR service at a cost of £5.90. If you wish for your parcel to be left in a safe place please leave instructions in the message box when placing your order. We offer free delivery on orders over £100.00
A fast track service can be selected at checkout at a cost of £10.00 and ensures next day delivery by 1 pm. Orders for this service need to be placed before midday on a week day; any orders placed on a Friday for this service will be delivered by 1pm the following Monday. PLEASE NOTE THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY DURING BANK HOLIDAY PERIODS. A signature will be required on delivery.
If, for any reason, you do not receive your Claudia Bradby Jewellery in the stated times, please check that a delivery has not been attempted while you were out, in which case, your items may now be at your local collection office. In the unlikely event of Royal Mail losing your order, they require 15 working days to investigate the missing item. After this period, if the item has indeed been lost, we will be only too happy to resend or refund your order. Royal Mail may contact you by post to confirm our claim.
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service at a cost of £15.00. Please be advised delivery can take up to three weeks and your order will require a signature on receipt.
If you are placing an order from Russia please contact us as we will need to arrange an additional payment for Russian taxes and duties.
Please not you may be charged local custom and duty on receipt. Please also check that your credit card is registered for overseas payments and note that your final invoice will be shown in sterling.
If you are unhappy with your Claudia Bradby Jewellery in any way, orders can be sent back for exchange or refund by letting us know within seven days of receipt. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your reason for return. All returns must be sent to us with a copy of your delivery note and we recommend you obtain proof of postage, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please use the returns label on your delivery note.
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and all items must be returned within 30 days, in their original packaging, and be unworn and unbroken. Refunds will then be made, covering the purchase price of the jewellery only. Please note, this can take up to three weeks.
